Cancellation Policy
At Ethereal Melody, we strive to provide you with the best experience possible and want to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients. We understand that life happens, but please note the following cancellation policy:
48-hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to offer the slot to other clients who may need it.
Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service fee.
No-Show: In the event of a no-show, meaning no prior communication about cancellation, a 100% charge of the scheduled service fee will apply.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to find a new time that works for you.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen, and we will make reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
